The Career Wardrobe and the Omni Hotel at Independence Park is are partnering Marc Voci, founder of Style Me Hired to launch Philadelphia’s first and only makeover event providing 100 unemployed women complete transformations.

On September 26, local salons across will join together offering the selected unemployed women their very own makeovers!  Women who are currently unemployed and actively seeking employment can apply to win a Style Me Hired Makeover at www.stylemehired.com.  Upload a current photo and share your story!

The Career Wardrobe, the nation’s largest independent non-profit serving women transitioning into the workforce, is also rewarding all 100 of the makeover recipients with an outfit to complete their look!

“Makeovers empower women,” Voci said. “Unfortunately, women who are out of work don’t always have the resources they need to transform their look.  I’m excited to see the local beauty industry come together to create such amazing synergy.”

I think that The Career Wardrobe sounds like a perfect place to turn to if you need some assistance getting prepared for the working world. Best of luck on your job search!
