I love swimming so much so when I saw this info graphic below about the benefits I was even more enthused about the sport. I’d like to offer some advice while swimming – drink water!
Most people don’t think to bring a bottle of water poolside during their swimming workouts but it’s crucial to stay hydrated while in the water. Just because you can’t see sweat dripping off your body while swimming laps doesn’t mean that you aren’t sweating. It is important to always have H2O handy while swimming laps.
