Time Travel with PIFA 2013

Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts (PIFA) is back for its second year and it’s better than ever! The theme of the city-wide arts festival is time traveling.  Head to Broad Street and go on your own time traveling journey at the Kimmel Center’s Time Travel Plaza! Go check it out; it’s fascinating (and free).   Where would you time travel to? 

The time machine at the Kimmel Center is open daily. The hours are as follows: 
 Sunday – Tuesday 10 am to 11pm 
Wed, Thursday and Friday 10 am to midnight

Now until April 28^th there will be hundreds of events including live performances, art exhibits and more. Find an event that you would like to go to on the complete calendar on PIFA.org. I’m most excited for the Street Fair on Saturday April 27 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. on Broad Street. In 2011 the street fair was a big hit and I have a feeling that it will be even more spectacular this April!
