Wordless Wednesday: Santorini on Canvas

Santorini,Greece is the most picturesque destinations I have ever been to! In college I studied abroad in Greece and I was able to spend a few days when classes were not in session island hopping. The island of Santorini is truly is magnificent. It’s a giant volcanic rock in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea offering visitors spectacular views of the horizon from any angle.

I took several photos while I was there but recently I painted my very own painting of the Greek isle at a Painting with a Twist class. I am going to hang this in my home next to other canvas paintings I purchased while in Greece!
