Last Wednesday night the PIFA 2013 Gala had the Kimmel Center buzzing with local celebrities including Mayor Nutter, honorary committee chair, during the official
kick off of the Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts. Live performances, a cocktail reception and a three course meal prepared by Jose Garces Group completed the night.
